How we got started…
As the Founder and Managing Director of Philippus Miller III & Associates LLC, Phil Miller created a full-service executive search firm serving hospitality organizations worldwide, researching and identifying, negotiating with and assisting clients in retaining highly qualified managers and executives. Based in Ithaca, New York, PM3 Associates also offers placement services for highly qualified hospitality leadership program graduates seeking senior-level employment opportunities in the hospitality industry.
